Anyone who can spare the time tomorrow afternoon should come down and be apart of this event, and if you can't spare the time make some. The atmosphere is electric and if you have CrossFit in your veins even a little you won't want to miss this.
End of first spiel.

Start of second Spiel:
There is an event coming up on April 30th in West Hartford, CT(out of state I know) from 9am-5pm. This is billed as an event for Novice-Intermediate CrossFitters, translation even if you've only been at this for a couple of months you're eligible to compete. As of this morning it is still not sold out. Right now are group includes yours truly, the Lanzarotta clan(Keri, Jim, and James) Jeanne P, Lauren C, Telly, and also Tom Schultz. I know I've mentioned this to quite a few people but I'm strictly an afternoon guy during the school year so I just wanted to put it out there to everyone.
If you are interested in this at all either as a competitor or possible member of the CFSS cheering section talk to myself or any of the aforementioned individuals. I'll be at the Open Wod tomorrow and the Party at Sonoma tomorrow night, two other events not to be missed, and you can chat me up about this exciting opportunity then.
All spieled out...

Rob, love the encouragement you always provide. I would have LOVED to join the traveling CFSS'ers to the Connecticut trip but I have a 4 PM baseball game to coach that day. If my boys don't win they are going to owe me 50 Burpees. Make us proud everyone! (Today AND on the 30th)
