2 minute AMRAP for each of the following:
- Pull ups*
- KB Swings (53/35lbs)
- Sit ups*
- Thrusters (95/65lbs)
- SDHP (95/65lbs)
rest 2 minutes between exercises.

Is Sugar Toxic?
On May 26, 2009, Robert Lustig gave a lecture called “Sugar: The Bitter Truth,” which was posted on YouTube the following July. Since then, it has been viewed well over 800,000 times, gaining new viewers at a rate of about 50,000 per month, fairly remarkable numbers for a 90-minute discussion of the nuances of fructose biochemistry and human physiology.
If Lustig is right, then our excessive consumption of sugar is the primary reason that the numbers of obese and diabetic Americans have skyrocketed in the past 30 years. But his argument implies more than that. If Lustig is right, it would mean that sugar is also the likely dietary cause of several other chronic ailments widely considered to be diseases of Western lifestyles — heart disease, hypertension and many common cancers among them.

"Sugar: The Bitter Truth" - it is definitely long at 90minutes, but it may be one of the most informative, eye opening videos you will ever watch.

The good news: I got a pr on pull ups today, the bad news: my kettle bell technique "needs some work", that's life in the world of CrossFit. lol

I just checking todays must and wish I could have done it! I must be loosing it because I am checking the wall posts at a rest stop somewhere in Ohio during my cross country expedition. Since I never made it to the BOX today, I am already going CrossFit crazy. Thank God for travel WOD's! Next stop ... Indy. See you all soon!
