Partner Workout - 2 person teams
500 meter row / AMRAP Burpees
30 Deadlift (225/135) / AMRAP Double Unders
50 Pull ups / AMRAP Box Jumps (30/24)
50 Walking Lunge Steps (45/25) / AMRAP KB Swings (53/35lbs)
*with a running clock, each partner has to perform the exercises before moving on. The time keeper for each grouping is the exercise with a set number.... i.e partner A must complete a 500 meter row while partner B completes max Burpees, then switch. Each group will keep a running total of their reps. Score is based off total time (in seconds) divided by reps.
