Saturday April 2nd
Workout of the day
Partner WOD:
3 rounds each of:
800 meter run
AMRAP of:
05 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Squats
*in this workout Partner A will run 800 meters and Partner B will complete AMRAP of 5 pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 squats. When partner A returns they will switch roles and continue in this fashion until each partner runs 800 meters 3 times. Your score is your time divided by total reps completed.
Saturday schedule:
- 09:00am Group class
- 10:00am Group class
- 1:00pm Games Open 11.2 at CrossFit Old Bethpage (1st heat at 2:00pm)

Ok I admit it, the partner workouts have me completely addicted... Doug, Sayville Little League can do without me for an hour... I will be in at 10!

You know you're addicted to CrossFit when....your children start missing Saturday games so you can get a WOD in. Lol
Good luck to all competitors today! I wish I could be there! Unfortunately i'll be busy cruising around the gulf of Mexico on an 85 + degree day... the funny thing is its killing me that I can't do the wod again!

What a difference a few wods make. As shitty as I felt on Thursday I had the exact opposite feeling after today's wod and I actually did worse by two reps than Wednesday, go figure . I think it's being apart of something bigger than myself and being around athletes who I respect and admire. Who knows if I stick with this I might actually be an athlete I respect and admire one of these days. lol A great day to be a crossfitter.
