Tuesday April 5th
Workout of the day
WOD:
Complete 3 rounds for time of:
35 Air squats
10 Power Snatches (135/95lbs)
25 Pull ups
Great job to everyone who performed the Challenge WOD yesterday. The energy was high, the results were impressive. Thank you to all who stuck around to help out. And as always we witnessed an awesome display of camaraderie as you encouraged each other to achieve a little more than you thought possible.
If you have not completed the Body Transformation - Look Better, Perform Better, Feel Better Challenge WOD the make up will be today during the 6:00pm class only.

I'd like to thank everyone for the overwhelming words of support that you all sent. I wanted to address what each and everyone one of you said to me, here, on Facebook, and in person yesterday but this post would be longer than the story I told.
I sat on that post for almost a month and I was never really ready to send it. I don't know what made me finally do it, but man and I glad I did now. Having all of you respond the way you did validated that decision a thousand times over. I guess sometimes when you go out on a limb, you get to enjoy the view a little bit.
Sincere thanks from the bottom of my heart to all of you.

Simply put, Love you guys....steve coming out with personal issues, everyone's encouragement, the camaraderie, and friendship is AWESOME(actually more than words can express). I'm not here 100% of the time but every time I get back its better then before and the community we have is way past what I personally thought was possible. I cannot wait for the summer to train full time with all of you. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Tom I can't agree more. This CFSS community gets better everyday and I truly feel lucky to have found it. (Thank you Dave Barry!)
The last 8 weeks have been a blast and the last two days have been a physical and emotional rocket ride.
Doug and Tara, let me know when you come up with a lifetime rate. :)

Steve, I just read your post and came away knowing what your buddy John knew. YOU'RE SPECIAL! I also know John would not have wanted to be anywhere else but in your arms on that horrible night. He certainly left his warrior spirit with you that night and you display it daily for us all. Finding crossfit, and doing what we do is not an accident and we are lucky to have you. Keep chewing that glass.

Jim, just saw this... Those are incredibly inspirational words from an incredibly inspirational man.
You and my boy would have been fast friends. (Same look in the eye, no doubt about it...)
I thank you sincerely.
