Nice. A perfect WOD for today. Anyone who's read Lone Survivor knows that LT Michael Murphy had a brass set. Let's give it all today in his honor. Can't wait.

The "Memorial" in Memorial Day has Often Been Ignored by Many of Us Who are Beneficiaries of Those Who Have Given the Ultimate Sacrifice so that We Can ALL Live Free in this Great Country! If You Know a Veteran, Active Member of the Military, Someone who Fought for Our Country and has Passed ... Please Take a Moment to Remember Their Service! Thank You Service Men & Women for The Sacrifices You Have Made for Us!
Thank You LT Michael Murphy for Your Ultimate Sacrifice and Watching Over Us ALL as We did Today's WOD in Memory of You!
God Bless America!!!

Congrats to all that competed Murph!
Thinking of Mike Murphy making the call for help knowing that he was putting himself in harmsway was the only thing that got me through this Wod!
Thank you to all vets who have given their lives for our freedom.

Murph certainly lived up to it's namesake. That was one tough WOD.
Sometimes motivation comes from places you don't expect it to come from. Today Keri Lanz challenged me to do Murph at it's toughest level and then proceeded to carry me through the darkest parts of it. Thank you for making sure I gave an effort Mike Murphy would have expected. You are living proof that toughness comes in all sorts of packages, Kerri.
Cheers,
Steve
