Workout of the day
Training:
5 sets of:
Bench press x 5 reps
rest :30 seconds
Two-Handed DB Bent Over Rows x 12 reps
rest 2 minutes
WOD:
100 Burpees for time
Perform 3 deadlifts (255/165lbs) at the top of every minute
15 minute time cap
Score is time or burpees completed







This is pure torture.
