To keep it short and to the point, CFSS was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. It completely changed my life for the better. My confidence, appearance, and the way i look at life in general has changed dramatically. My diet is at a point i probably would have laughed at a year ago, and now I couldn't imagine it any other way. I'm doing things I've never even imagined doing. The only reason any of it was even possible is because of the support system CFSS gives, between Doug and Tara, and the whole CFSS crew, the most amazing and inspiring group of people I have ever met. The insane energy levels and the amount of encouragement CFSS has is ridiculous. It makes you feel like you can do anything, when you start accomplishing things you've never thought of, you can't stop, you just want more..... Everyone needs to experience this.. CFSS is my new and improved life...
Thanks,
Danny Reuter

Oh Danny Boy. You've got it straight. Watching you compete this weekend was tremendous. You represented us all at the highest level. I know this is just the beginning for you. Enjoy the ride.
I'm all in for The Beast of The East. I'd be happy to team up, but will go on Doug and Tara's recommendation. I'm feeling good about this and can't wait! I will be healthy and ready to go!

WOW!! Well said Danny. I always tell people that it is hard to put the benefits of CrossFit into words but I think you NAILED IT!
I truly believe that CrossFit is all about PERSONAL GROWTH! It forces you to DIG DEEP, STAY FOCUSED and NEVER GIVE UP!! A true life skill.
We all know that CF has some BAD ASS T-shirts with some great sayings, however I saw one this weekend that is actually a quote from one of my favorite Success Coaches, Jim Rohn.
"Don't wish it was easier, wish you were better." -Jim Rohn
P.S. Happy Anniversay Danielle: I love you.

Danny, it is quiet obvious that you have dedicated yourself to CF. In doing so you have become one of the top crossfitters in the box. You are young, strong and dedicated and good things will continue to happen for you. Keep up the hard work.
