Missed Friday, games on Saturday, closed Sunday, and currently sitting on a plane at 30,000 feet... Won't have time to hit a box on this trip either. I HATE when work gets in the way of real life.

Ahhh.. set up your own WODs @ the hotel. You'll get some funny stares & it will be a blast!

Steve go to Cf Stamford and look for the link that says travelling wods (lower right side). It will get you your fix until you can get back to the box. Enjoy
