The CrossFit Regionals are over. What an amazing weekend it was. We are incredibly proud of the athletes who gave it their all. Here are a few pictures from the weekend. Full recap coming soon.

Danny, Lauren, Maxine, Anthony, Mike and Danielle:
I am very proud of all of you. All of you have been working so hard the last year for our team and as far as I see it all your efforts paid off. Danny, Lauren and Maxine, the newbies to the team really rose to the occasion. Anthony, Mike and Danielle had their competition helmets on for the second year.
I also wanted to thank Coach Rich for taking care of our classes. What would we do with out you!
To Rob, Riggs, the Lanzerottas, Billy, Lorraine and Frank, Lauren C. , Jackie and Frank for coming out and supporting the team.
Thanks to all our members who have given their constant support to our team!
None of what we have would be possible without you guys!

Anthony, Danielle, Danny, Lauren, Maxine and Mike ... Congratulations on competing in the Northeast Regionals and to Doug and Tara for coaching such a KICK ASS Team!
I do not get a chance to see you all the time in the Box, but when I do, admire how hard you train, how much you all give and the athletes you are!
Courage, dedication, determination, guts, strength, stamina, teamwork ... You are ALL warriors and a true testament of what CrossFit is All About!
You are a truly inspirational group and wish I was there to witness YOU ALL in Action! I cannot wait to hear all about your experiences this past weekend and proud of ALL of you! Way to Go CrossFit South Shore ... UNBREAKABLE!!!

Thank you! And thanks to Doug & Tara for giving their all in helping us to succeed.
To my team mates: I love you! Together we accomplished so much this weekend. I am so proud of all of you. We may not have finished top ten but we were #1 in my book. We worked hard & had fun! We sure put our all into the competition. Not to mention the awesome self control we had hahaha.... kettlebells could've been swinging somewhere else LOL.
Thanks to all who came up to support. It meant so much & helped push me through :)) You're the best!!!
