This WOD looks SICK!! Can't wait. Also, I want to give a shout out to all the CFSS athletes that ran on Saturday for the 5K for Veterans. Great job guys, although I went to show my support I wish I could have ran it with you guys, next time :-)

To the 6am class great job today. A very difficult WOD to be doing so early in the morning. Everyone gave it their all on each rep each round. Awesome work. Your day is complete it doesnt matter what happens the rest of the way.

Discreetly tough WOD today, I have to say.
It was an honor to let young Tom Schultz beat me today in celebration of his birthday. :-)
Happy birthday Thomas. Thanks for letting me draft behind you. Kept me going at it. Appreciate that.
