This is it, the big show, the team has been training hard and now it is time to give it our all. Here is the schedule of events for the weekend. I will post exact heat times when they become available. We have a bunch of supporters heading up for what is sure to be an epic weekend. We will have a tent set up in "tent city" and that will be our general meeting place between workouts. It's not too late to come up for the day to show your support. We really hope to see you there. It not only makes a difference to the athletes who look out and see a huge group cheering them on but it also provides a great opportunity to get together with friends and represent something you are proud of.

To everyone who will be competing this weekend, I wish you the very best. All the hard work you have put into your training will come to fruition. I will be rooting for you all.
To everyone who will be cheering our CFSS athletes on, give them your very best; they deserve everything you've got to give and more.
I'm sorry that I can't be there to cheer you on, but I will be there in spirit.
GO CFSS!!

CFSS Team, BEST OF LUCK this weekend. I sincerely wish I could be there to cheer you all on this weekend. For every person that is up there rooting for you, know that there are many more of us here at home thinking about all of you constantly.
Work life kept me away from the box this week and family life is keeping me away from the competition this weekend, but you will all be on my mind every moment of the competition.
I am amazed at how important CFSS ( and all of you) have become to me in 11 short months.
I'm going on record right now... If you guys advance, I will be the loudest fan in the stands rooting on CFSS in L.A. in July! (Rob, start a count of who's in. Start with ME. I'm in!)
KICK SOME ASS

The time has come and i want to wish you all the best. Of course I wish i was going to be there but it just didn't work out that way. Plus I have a calling to answer at the box the next few day:) So team this is what I have to say:
Lauren and Maxine- you are about to experience something that words cannot describe. take it all in, enjoy it, and just do what got you to this point.
Danielle- you have taken yourself to a whole new level this past year and you are ready to do some serious damage. your unfortunate setback has just made you that much hungrier. you have what it takes to help this team raise the bar to another level.
MikeB- as Jim said the "Silent Assassin". perfect name for you. As they say in my favorite show Friday Night Lights "clear mind full heart" you're at point to make a name for yourself, speed quickness with added strength. What a great combination. Just do it.
Anthony- what can I say, every WOD, every day, every month, every year you get better. Your unfortunate loss in the individuals has been a win for the team. ROCK IT BRO its your stage.
Doug Doug Doug- the man who helps everyone get better and strive for more each and every day by putting his clients first and himself second but still finds a way to keep himself at the top of his game physically, mentally and knoweldge wise. Your strength is second to none pound for pound. These WODS have your name writte all over it. It's now time to put yourself first and carry this team to the top ten. Let the beast out.
Good luck. I will be thinking about you all.

Rich: YOUR KILLING ME!!! You are so awesome, thank you for your kind words :)) You will be sooooo missed this weekend. It sure won't be the same without you there but we will totally kick some serious ass so we can give you awesome updates!
As for Team CFSS A.K.A UNBREAKABLE.... Get ready for an awesome ride!!! Together we will create a strength so big that will leave a mark for everyone to remember. WOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

To everyone who will be competing this weekend, I also wish you the very best. While most are dreaming of success, winners wake-up and work hard to achieve it. You are ALL winners and can't wait to hear how you all took it to the next level!
Good Luck and I leave you with two of my favorite quotes from Steve Prefontaine ...
- I'm going to work so that it's a pure guts race at the end, and if it is, I am the only one who can win it.
- To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift.
You are all warriors with the knowledge and the tools to succeed! You know what you got to do, do it ... DO IT!!!

I am sure the adrenalin is slowly beginnning to kick in at this point.
Danielle, Lauren, Maxine, Mike, Anthony & Doug- you guys are going to kill these WODs and make a name for CFSS! The training over the last six months has prepared you well for this, now you just have to dig deep and give it everything you've got. And we've got a strong cheering section to give you more when you need it. Remember to focus on what you CAN do and what IS possible and you will all come out on top no matter what!
Good Luck tomorrow and see you all tomorrow night!
