Training:
4 sets of:
Press x 3-5 reps
rest 90 seconds
Hollow rocks x 20 reps
rest 90 seconds
WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 ft Rope Climb, 1 ascent
10 Ring dips
20 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Riggs and Brian ....hmmm wonder if they made it penalty free

Today was a great WOD and a lot harder than I thought. Hamstrings were on fire, but in a good way! Loved my 3k penalty today!!!
