Training:
Deadlift 4 x 4
WOD:
Run 800 meters
15-12-9 reps of:
- Burpees
- Wallball shots (20/14lbs)
- Pull ups
Run 400 meters
12-9-6 reps of:
- Burpees
- Wallball shots
- Pull ups
Please join us this September as we take part in the Tunnel to Towers 5k Run. We have wanted to do this since we opened the gym and we hope to have maximum participation from our CF family. Full details can be found by clicking on the image below. We have a sign up sheet at the front desk (we already have 12 people signed up). The sign up sheet at the front desk is just so we have an idea who is interested, you will need to register for the event here (sooner rather than later)
