Wednesday June 29th
Workout of the day
Training:
Deadlift 10 sets of 3 (60% 1RM); rest 45seconds

Partner Workout
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
Athlete 1: Sled pull 125 meters (135/90lbs)
Athlete 2: AMRAP Sledgehammer strikes

The sled pull is the pace setter. While Athlete 1 pulls the sled, Athlete 2 will perform as many sledgehammer strikes as possible. Once Athlete 1 returns with the sled, the athletes switch roles.
Military fade ...check, one last CF WOD.... hell yes!
Brendan managed to get in one more workout before he leaves for Annapolis today. Brendan is about to begin his journey to greatness at the United States Naval Academy. A very dedicated and talented young man, we know Brendan will excel as he begins this new chapter in his life. We wish him the best and look forward to seeing him during the holidays.

Nothing but Respect and Admiration for your Brandon. Best wishes!

Brendan, you are every father's dream for what a son should be. I will show my son your picture and tell him your story and hope it inspires him to see through all boundaries. Thanks for setting the bar.

Brendan, I saw this on a bathroom stall during basic training. After a couple weeks, if you don't know who the class screw up is, then it's you. I am confident you will not be THAT guy. Your a natural leader and overall good guy. Don't ever lose that quality. Good luck and I hope to be invited to go out on that dinner with you when you return.

I knew there was something very special about you the first time I met you at Bay Shore high school and you were willing to do the warm-up (which consisted of a 3 minute jog, 10 push-ups, 20 curl-ups and some stretching) without a complaint but always with a smile. Your family must be very proud!! Congratulations and Good Luck!!
