Thanks Danielle! I also liked the Reuter vs. Reuter pic but I wish they'd have gotten your daughter's pic with her arms spread wide as if to say "Mom, pick it up already". The WOD was great I have to say, Doug said it best when he said "It's the little WOD's that kill ya"

Great WOD! Lot of cheering and motivation. Everyone went after it with intensity. But I think it was said best by the old woman in the car, " You just do that all day?" .... Yes grandma all day and every day we motivate and push each other to become better than we were the day before.

sad i missed that one. Looked like a good time. And to echo what Danielle said, Mike, its awesome to watch you kill it day in and day out. What you have accomplished in 3.5 months is flat out amazing and you should be very proud.

Thanks Danielle and Scott. To be quite honest, I have only come this far because of Crossfit, from the training and nutritional guidance that Tara and Doug provide, to the inspiration I get from watching all of you athlete's work out and let me not forget to mention the support given by everyone at Crossfit, I probably would not have made it through some of those work outs without that help.
Oh and having Doug yell out "We're coming for you Mike!", definitely helps me keep up the pace when running... well that and trying not to get lapped by Joel again while he runs a 400m and I'm only doing a 200m.
