Done with this one. Went to WHB H.S to meet up with Eli Manning but he was a no show. Yes all you Giant fans Eli Manning has been training at the WHB H.S the past few weeks. Good dude from what i have been told ( i'm a cowboy fan so who cares) He actually invited a few kids, who had the courage to go up to him, to come the next day and practice with him. They did and he was there. Anyway the important stuff, todays WOD at a H.S track
4 laps- 7:30
3 laps- 5:30
2 laps- 3:31
1 lap- 1:34
1/2 lap- :39
Total with rest 28:46
