The "Rig" serves us well... although I guess the "Rig" has been known to tear up a hand or two. Watch this video for a good tutorial on taping your hands for pull ups

One of the guys who works for the scoring and time keeping firm that the Cross Fit Games used posted a blog about his experience at the games and put up some good pictures as well. It offers a nice outsider's view of the games experience.
