Monday August 15th
Remember, no 6am classes this week.
Workout of the day
Complete 3 rounds for time:
Row 1000 meters
12 Squat cleans (135/95lbs)
25 Push ups
There is nothing we love to see more than someone taking charge of their health and fitness. John has clearly committed himself to improving his fitness level. It's been a busy summer for John; CrossFit 4-5x's per week, multiple 5k's and now a Warrior Dash. And I'm sure losing 50 pounds feels pretty good too!
John Burke (center)

I remember John and his wife, Suzanne coming in on the Monday after the first week of on ramp and telling Doug and I how they needed to rent a forklift to remove all the processed food from their home. Well
Since then, they have made huge efforts to completely change their eating and lifestyle habits and it has really paid off. 50 lbs and counting !! Keep it John. Oh and a little non-paleo birdie told me that after the first on ramp class they went out for pizza!!
