FGB6 is funding the immediate needs of the families of those SEALs killed recently in Afghanistan. If you can join us, great -- sign up. If you can't, donate. And if you can't do that, please share this. But do something. Don't forget them.

This past weekends tragic loss of 31 Special Operations Troops serves as a reminder of the "extraordinary sacrifices" being made by the U.S. military and its families. Fight Gone Bad 6 is our chance as CrossFitters to show our support for the U.S. Armed Forces special operations community.
I see no reason why each and every member of our gym should not be a part of
FGB6. The event is about our community coming together to work hard to achieve something important. To participate you will go to
fgb6.org and click on
REGISTER. Log-in or create a new account, then choose CrossFit South Shore and create your personal fundraising page. Each participant must register individually. Once you've registered you need to put the word out to family and friends that you'd like their support.
Here's two links to help you out:
Then on September 17th we will perform the workout Fight Gone Bad at our gym. You don't need to be a competitive CrossFitter as this is not a competitive event. If you're having doubts about your athletic abilities... forget your doubts and just
sign up. I promise you will have a very memorable experience that you will be proud of. No more excuses, just do it!
