Training:
Power clean 3-3-2-2-1-1
WOD:
Complete 5 rounds of:
10 Burpee box jumps (24/20")
10 Strict pull ups
10 Handstand push ups
The Pendlay Three Step Clean Progression:
These are short videos, maybe 3-4 minutes each. Similar to how we teach the clean with slight variations to the progressions. It is always good to experience different coaching methods so check them out.

Don't worry about the pull ups, BEWARE the handstand push ups. Killed me on my last round had to finish with five singles.
