FGB6 UPDATE: Wow... in the last 24 hours we raised an additional $2410, bringing our total raised to $8570. Awesome. I know we can break $10k, let's get it done! OK, that was Friday... and that goal is in the bag... How about $12,206 as of Sunday night, and the 12th highest fundraising total in the world!! I am so proud of everyone's efforts so far, and you should all be proud of yourselves as well. But there are still a few team players who haven't raised any money yet... what gives? If you have a zero next to your name it's most likely because you haven't tried. Please, you made a commitment to this cause, put the effort in and be a part of this.

To the 6am CFSSLI "BREAKFAST CLUB" great work today. Pat you own OHS. Way to keep pushing yourself each morning no matter if your by yourself or with others. Just think about where you are today compared to that first morning we met. Your running now, you got some kipping pullups going, strength is increasing. Its all coming together. Just keep taking it one WOD at a time. Way to go Bro.

Who would have thought an OHS WOD would be my "happy place" in the middle of a stressful day. It was. It had nothing to do with big weight or even being very fast, but more about moving well, and having good intensity. I feel good about today. I needed it.
