Details: Saturday, September 17- Fight Gone Bad
Prior to Saturday:
- If you plan on performing the WOD on Saturday you must sign in at the front desk by this Wednesday
- You will also choose if you will use Rx weight (M:75/F:55), or scaled (M:65/F:45)
- We will be collecting $25 from each member participating in the event- this will cover you and any guests supporting you that day. Please let us know how many guests you plan on bringing.
- Please bring this money in by Wednesday the 14th.

On Saturday:
- Arrive at 9am to warm-up
- First heat will start at 10am (should be 3 heats; 10am/10:30am/11:00am)
- Catered lunch will be served to all participants and guests directly after the last heat
