8:00am - Open gym/ make up a WOD you missed
9:00am - Team WOD:
With a partner complete:
2 rounds of:
Row 500m/max reps power cleans (135/95lbs)
Row 500m/max reps box jumps (24/20”)
*with a running clock, each partner has to perform the exercises before moving on. The time keeper for each grouping is the 500 meter row... i.e partner A must complete a 500 meter row while partner B completes max reps of power cleans, then switch. Each team will keep a running total of their reps. Score is based off total time divided by reps.

Evidently you need to answer by tomorrow, Oct 2nd.
