Holiday Schedule:
- Wednesday: No 8:00pm class
- Thursday: 9:00am only
- Friday: 11:00am only, No On Ramp classes
- Saturday: Normal hours
Busy weekend for the athletes of CrossFit South Shore
Joel competed in the Hybrid Athletics Fall Challenge (no pictures posted yet)
Pat, Rich, Brian, Steve and Trish (not pictured) hit up the Rugged Maniac
And Brian found himself atop the podium with a 2nd place finish at CrossFit Relentless' Festivus Competition (a mere one point out of 1st place).
Way to put the training to the test. Great job everyone!
