Back Squat 3 x 5
WOD:
For Max Reps:
4 Minutes of Rowing (for Calories)
Rest 60 seconds
3 Minutes of Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
Rest 60 seconds
2 Minutes of Back Squat
(males = bodyweight; females = .75 x BW)
Rest 60 seconds
1 Minute of Shoulder to Overhead (95/65 lbs.)
Important Schedule Information: There will be NO On Ramp classes this Friday.
Friday Class Schedule:
- 0900 Group class
- 1100 Group class
- 1700 "WOD for Warriors"
Immediately thereafter we will begin "The Feast"
We are still in need of folding tables and chairs. If you have either please just bring them in.
Sternos trays are at the gym. Chefs be sure to grab one.

Way to go Joel! Can't wait for WOD for Warriors and our "family" Thanksgiving afterwards.
What's up with that crazy video link on the FEAST though? Am I missing something?
