“Deck of Cards”
Face cards are 10, Aces are 11, numbered cards as valued. Perform the movement and the number of reps specified for each card flipped.
Hearts = Push Ups
Diamonds = Jumping Lunges
Spades = Goblet squats (advanced: Pistols)
Clubs = KB Swings (advanced: KB Snatch)
Jokers = Run 800 meters
Holiday Schedule:
- Friday: 11:00am only, No On Ramp classes
- Saturday: Normal hours

It’s time for the annual procession of all things carb: potatoes, rolls, cranberry molds, all manner of desserts. Thanksgiving, however, needn’t be a salivating stare down with the spuds. The subject du jour: how you plan to handle the holiday.
