Training:
Hang power clean - build to a tough set of 3 in 15 min.
WOD:
Complete the following for time:
100 KB Swings (24kg/16kg) -5 pull ups at the top of every minute.
100 Box Jumps -5 burpees at the top of every minute.
Holiday Schedule:
- Wednesday: No 8:00pm class
- Thursday: 9:00am only
- Friday: 11:00am only, No On Ramp classes
- Saturday: Normal hours
