Training:
Back squat 3-3-3-3-3
WOD:
On the minute, every minute, for 10 minutes:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Squats
(If you fail to complete a round in the 60 seconds, finish it and skip the next round, then pick up on the following minute.
Holiday Class Schedule:
- Friday 12/23 - Normal Class Schedule
- Saturday 12/24 - 8:00am and 9:00am only
- Monday 12/26 - 9:00am and 11:00am only
Saturday 9:00am class - Holiday themed WOD - it's a good one!
No CrossFit Kids classes the week of 12/26 - 1/1
