Congratulations to Joel, Brian S and Christian for their amazing performances at the Hoboken Winter Challenge on Saturday. These guys absolutely rocked it! Christian - 8th place, Joel - 11th place, Brian S 18th place. There is a very bright future for these guys. It was my absolute pleasure coaching them on Saturday.

Great job fellas. Way to represent CFSSLI.

Great pics! Thanks for the support everyone. Our success was/is driven by your overwhelming encouragement and motivation. I hope some of you can make it out this Saturday to the "King of Queens" competition.
It's also EASY to achieve these results when you are coached to PERFORM. Thank you Doug and Tara for the constant advice and instruction you provide at such an elite level. I hope everyone truly understands what we have here. You can't hit 20lb PR's by chance or brute strength.

Aint that the truth Brian; I PR'd my power clean by 20 lbs last week and plan on PRing my DL today. Thank you Tara and Doug.
