8:00am - open gym (make up a missed WOD)
9:00am - Partner WOD
In teams of two, with one partner rowing and the other performing the triplet, partners alternate until they have each completed four sets of 500 meters of rowing.
Triplet:
Dumbbell Push Press x 10 reps
Goblet Squats x 10 reps
Box Jumps x 10 reps
Score is max rounds and reps of triplet performed.
