Just have to post an update, I teach ap psychology and we talk about nutrition. I got two students to go paleo.
1st is in his second month lost 28 lbs and joined crossfit lindy and now walks with his head up and proud. He drank the cool aid .
The second just told me after four days she lost 13 lbs after years of dieting and potential surgery to help with weight issues
Paleo changes people's lives so spread the word to anyone that will listen
