Training:

WOD:
21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlift (245/165lbs)
Box jump (24/20")
Knees to elbow
2x Double unders (42-30-18)
Excellent job on yesterdays WOD by everyone. Collectively we rowed over 370,000 meters. At first I was like wow... we probably rowed half way to England, but in reality we would have been lucky to make it to Maine. Either way... great effort by everyone.
I heard Steve wanted at this one so bad he changed his flight to get back here for the 8:00pm... that's what I'm talking about!







Today's workout was truly awesome.
On another note:
I think these two pictures deserve a photo caption contest - one caption for both pictures... I have a few in mind

The look of anguish from the morning crew put fear into my bones about this wod! It actually wasn't too bad. Whoever didn't get to do it aim to get it in Saturday am with Coach Rich.
How lucky are we to have a Physical Therapist at our facility!!
