What a great start to the The 2012 Body Transformation - Look Better, Perform Better, Feel Better Challenge. The energy was contagious, the camaraderie was incredible and the effort each of you put forward was inspiring. Rankings for the initial performance workout will be posted soon.
We have one clarification to be noted; The bonus point for 8+ hours of sleep is earned from the night before. So if you sleep 8+ hours Monday night into Tuesday, you mark the bonus point down on Tuesday.
Here is an example of what your food log should look like. In this example Bill will give himself 4 points for a perfect Paleo day. He will also give himself a bonus point for doing a CrossFit workout, and another bonus point for taking his fish oil and D3. No bonus point for sleep as he only got 7 1/4 hours. Total points for the day would be 6.







Anyone create a log sheet on the computer? I don't mind writing in a notebook but somehow I think a sheet would be easier to jot things into and hand-in.

The transformation/paleo/look better feel better challenge is pretty common now a days in the CF world. However, with that said, I still think it is necessary to say thank you to Doug and Tara for providing all of us with this experience and taking our challenge to the next level. Your time and dedication to this, for everyone, has made this challenge informative//desirable/competetive and fun;
and, no matter who wins the prize money we will all be winners at the end.
I speak for all of us when I say " Thank you Doug and Tara for everything you do and provide for us here at CFSSLI.
