Training:
Power clean + push jerk - 75% of C&J 1RM x 5 sets
WOD:
Complete 7 rounds for time of:
7 Power cleans (155/105lbs)
7 Pistols (per leg)
7 Handstand push ups
Week one point totals will need to be turned in by Wednesday. I have created a weekly point tracking sheet that each of you will need to fill out and hand in. You can Download Challenge Points Work Sheet or we will have blank sheets at the gym. Please have your food log available for us to review as well.
