What an amazing way to kick off the CF Games Open! Incredible performances by all of our athletes. You should all be proud of yourselves. Full effort is full victory, and everyone really laid it all out there. Looking forward to the coming weeks. Happy to say bye bye burpees... 12.1 is in the books!

Great job to all on the 2012 CFSS challenge. I was so impressed by how all of you did! Don't stop know! The incredible improvements only took 40 days. Can you imagine what a year at CFSS plus Paleo eating will do??

I'm so happy to see Keri on the Games site. What Keri does every day in our box takes tremendous heart. You will never hear her complain about what she can't do, or how much she may be hurting. She's a great athlete, but an even greater person. Love you Keri!

Awesome article, Keri. You are an inspiration to me and all the other females at the gym. I love working out with you, except for the fact that I know I can't complain when I do because you NEVER complain. You face your struggles head-on with determination, strength, and absolutely no fear. I hope to one day be the badass mother that you are. ;)

Congratulations on the awesome job you did yesterday on the 7 minute burpees. You were like the Energizer Bunny, you kept going and going. You are truly amazing!

Such a cool article Keri, congrats! It isn't only the new members who didn't know what you struggle with... I had no idea about any of the pain you struggle with and if it is possible, I am now even more impressed with you.
To me you are the quintessential example of what CrossFit is all about. Keep on kickin ass!
