Tara Krieger has been participating in sports and fitness activities her entire life. She was a ranked tennis player and has competed in 2 marathons. Tara has always had a passion for health and fitness, and appreciates the importance of staying in shape in order to keep up with everyday life.
As the owner of TK Fitness Personal Training, Tara has over 10 years experience helping clients delineate their goals, providing them with the support, knowledge and focus needed to reach their fitness potential.

Douglas Acker
An avid bodybuilder for many years, Doug’s life would forever change when he was introduced to CrossFit. Doug quickly recognized CrossFit’s comprehensive approach to fitness and began to experience the myriad benefits the program delivers.
Doug is a local business owner and over the last 15 years has developed his leadership style as a coach more than a boss. This ability to teach coupled with his passion for fitness has motivated him to pass along the benefits of CrossFit to others. Doug’s ability to breakdown and teach skills brings a high level of quality to his sessions with clients. He recognizes the significance of having quality movement - and will work with each client to ensure that success and satisfaction are achieved.

Christian Harris
CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer
Certified Parisi Speed School Performance Coach
Christian is a lifelong athlete who was competitive in numerous sports including baseball, football, and basketball. Christian played football while attending CW Post, where he earned a bachelors degree in marketing.
As a strength and conditioning professional Christian’s journey began at Parisi Speed School. There, he gained tremendous experience managing and leading group, individual, and youth fitness programs.
Christian was introduced to CrossFit in September of 2011 and within eight months found himself competing at the CrossFit Games Northeast Regional. With a strong eighth place finish Christian has established himself amongst top CrossFit athletes and with an unrelenting determination has his sights set on the 2013 CrossFit Games.
Recognizing the benefits a varied strength and conditioning program provides to both competitive athletes as well as everyday people looking to improve overall health and mental toughness, Christian gives all of himself and his knowledge to clients in a tireless pursuit of their goals.
